Job Description:

* Intelligent, dynamic individual with 3+ year's experience in an administrative capacity
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferable but not essential)
* Must be presentable and highly motivated
* High degree of personal drive and ambition
* Organised, able to prioritise and react quickly when necessary
* Excellent communicator on the phone and face to face
* Team player, approachable and with a positive attitude
* Hard working with ability to multitask
* HR / Recruitment preferable but not essential



Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Fluency in more than one language is preferable

Responsibilities:

* Provide and coordinate full organisational support to Directors and Senior Consultants, including diary management, booking flights and meetings
* Grow and develop the company infrastructure including the Client Relationship Management system (CRM)
* Manage the Intern Hiring program operations including the Alumni
* Manage the Social Media of the company
* Provide support to senior management on potentially classified matters
* Manage office administration by liaising with suppliers, tracking and refining inventory providers as well as automating daily business processes
